22+ Years of Surgical Precision Forging
Medicore Surgical was founded on a simple vision: to design and build medical instruments that feel like a natural extension of a surgeon's hand.
Starting in 2004 as a boutique metallurgical laboratory testing surgical alloys, we have expanded to become an international supplier equipping hospital networks, specialized surgical centers, dental clinics, and research laboratories across 85 countries.
Our manufacturing plants utilize clean computer-aided layout grids combined with highly skilled forging technicians who hand-polish and calibrate every individual tool. This dual approach ensures that each product delivers outstanding tactile feedback, robust structure, and complete safety profiles under operational stress.
Our Manufacturing Standards
We follow strict scientific principles at every phase of steel forging, laser etching, passivating, and final testing.
Micro Metallurgy
Every batch of raw stainless steel (grades AISI 420 and AISI 440C) undergoes chemical mass spectroscopy to verify carbon and chromium content prior to casting.
Ergonomic Calibration
We test finger-loop diameters, curvature balance ratios, and joint tension resistance against clinical averages to minimize hand fatigue during procedures.
Traceability Accountability
Each instrument is individually laser-etched with a compliance matrix code, batch number, CE validation, and surgical category reference tags.
