1. Corporate Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of premium surgical instruments and clinical equipment by Medicore Surgical ("Seller") to hospitals, clinics, medical procurement agencies, and healthcare professionals ("Buyer"). By completing a purchase checkout or submitting a purchase order, the Buyer agrees to these parameters.
2. Institutional Billing & Credit Terms
Unless credit terms are established in writing prior to placing an order, standard purchase orders are processed on Net 30 terms from the date of invoice. We reserve the right to perform institutional credit checks and to request bank references or partial advanced wires for high-volume custom instrumentation orders.
3. Product Warranty
Seller warrants that all instruments are manufactured free of defects in materials and artisan craftsmanship. We provide a lifetime warranty on structural integrity when tools are cleaned, lubricated, and autoclaved matching the guidelines provided in the technical sterilization tabs. Scissors, needles drivers, and files are subject to standard wear-and-tear based on surgery loads.
4. Liability Boundaries
Medicore Surgical shall not be held liable for clinical failures resulting from improper sterilization, accidental drops, modifications made to tools by third parties, or use of instruments outside their designated surgical applications. The surgical team is responsible for inspecting tools prior to patient incisions.
5. Governing Law
Transactions under these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without giving effect to conflicts of law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts situated in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan.
